Answer:

 Ebio processes let people grow competencies that increase personal productivity generating growth in economic capacity.
It is achieved through enhanced connectivity and relationships of the people in a community as a whole by serving the individual in his/her home and place of work.

Question: How does it function to serve the various community components in Civic / Civil / Business?
Answer:

By partnering the local movers and shakers the project gets integrated fully into the community. This includes the local leaders and business people who work together to perform the functions required by the centre in order to reach everyone. The people in the community then get access to various online groups and societies for the training, exposure and opportunities. These links include local business chambers as well as education and support programs.

Question: What role can you play to benefit your community?
Answer:

Any person who satisfies our selection criteria can apply to become an owner of an Enterprise Café along with a local political leader. The café also relies on agents working the community walking with connected laptops to serve people in their homes. There exists further opportunity for such individuals to become trainers and add other services to increase their income stream.


Question: How are you supported?
Answer:

Because the Enterprise Cafes and the Ebio process rely heavily on being connected to the internet we are able to support you online via Ning networks and our continuously growing and expanding website. You learn from each other and no one is ever left in the dark!

 


Question: How do Enterprise Cafes and the Ebio process support education?
Answer:

The Enterprise Cafes serve as medium for anyone in the community to access our developed processes to grow competencies and allow people to prepare themselves for formal courses. People are guided through practical learning activities where they become computer users while growing their learning capacity and numeracy as well as in English while getting exposure to the choices and opportunities available to them. This enables any scholar or student to make informed decisions while getting online support ensuring better grades!

Question: How do Enterprise Cafes and the Ebio process support you in the work place?
Answer:

Apart from the Café’s basic services like printing faxing and emailing we also provide services like CV writing and career guidance. The job seeker is guided towards finding his/her industry of interest and then shown how to prepare and connect to it. It is a powerful process developed with North Western University ensuring prepared and motivated employees!


Question: How does a political leader participate and support his/her community?
Answer:

A political leader brings safety and security to the table. The centre belongs to and shares its revenue’s with the community. To earn this trust and acceptance requires a transparent and trusting relationship with the person/people in charge of the general upliftment.


Question: How the leaders can then accept responsibility for their community’s contribution to the economy?
Answer:

By enabling and allowing all people to produce and earn more we grow the economic basis of a country. This is achieved by matching the earnings potential of every individual with his or her ability to produce, unlocked by exposure and skills development within the safety of the local community, made possible by national and international support.

Question: Criterion when applying to become an Enterprise Café and Ebio distributor?
Answer:

The management structure requires that there are two manager owners; one being a person with at least 5 years experience in community related work with the associated network and contacts, the other being a person with political responsibilities and standing. Together they link both social and government aspects within the center to serve their community holistically.  


Question: How does the process support / grow and benefit?
Answer:

The local managers are responsible for certain activities within the center and are paid accordingly. Ebio South-Africa is in turn also paid for the management and maintenance of the relationships and the on-line resources. The bulk of the centers earnings remain within the community and are used to develop more centers and for the enhancement of existing local projects. The flow of funds are transparent and everyone gets paid according to their contribution, if one person does not play his part, he does not get paid and the money goes to person doing the work. This is un-negotiable.
